Recently, the new generation of high chromium alloy wear-resistant Bucket teeth has completed technical verification and officially started mass production. This series of bucket teeth is developed for heavy wear operation scenarios such as mining and rock stripping. The alloy material formula and heat treatment process have been systematically optimized to further improve wear resistance while maintaining impact toughness. It can effectively extend the service life of products under heavy load conditions and reduce the frequency of equipment maintenance and replacement.

In terms of material formula, this series of bucket teeth optimizes the proportion of alloy elements such as carbon, chromium, molybdenum, and nickel, and generates more hard wear-resistant phases through precise composition control, greatly improving the wear resistance of the tooth surface. The matching adopts a stepped quenching heat treatment process to obtain a high hardness and wear-resistant structure at the tooth tip of the bucket teeth, while retaining good impact toughness at the tooth root, achieving a performance balance of "tooth tip wear resistance and tooth root fracture resistance". It can withstand high-strength impact loads without easily experiencing fracture and tooth breakage problems.

For mainstream medium to large tonnage excavator models, this series of bucket teeth has optimized the installation interface size, high assembly fit, strong interchangeability, and can directly adapt to the same specifications of original gear seats. At present, the product has completed installation testing in multiple mining operation scenarios. Under the same working conditions, its wear resistance and service life are significantly improved compared to traditional high manganese steel bucket teeth, which can meet the needs of high-strength and long-term continuous operation.
